Wales Road 1925

Both the photos below were loaned to me by Pat Ward of Kiveton. Unfortunately they were undated but I’d have a guess that they were taken circa 1930 – if you can date them definitively then let me know! The war memorial to the fallen of WW 1 is visible in the Conyers photo, so it must be post 1919.

The same shot in Nov 2001…pity the big house on the far corner got demolished.
